For anyone travelling by train, it is about a 10 minute walk from Birmingham New Street (and for those of you who have attended Paizocon, it is near the Square Peg pub).

Geek Retreat is a haven created by geeks, for geeks. So “stop in & geek out”! Geek Retreat hosts events, like comic book signings, games tournaments and quizzes, every day, 363 days of the year. They have free-to-use graphic novels, board games, games consoles and PA systems.The in-store cafe sells coffees, soft drinks, burgers, hotdogs, paninis, sweet treats and more. They are particularly proud of their amazing ice-cream-based “Supershakes” and their legendary “Hulk Smash!” dessert!
